Can I choose for my parcel to be left in a safe place? 

1. Some of our couriers give you the option to select a safe place for your parcel to be delivered in case you're not in. If you choose this option, make sure you're aware of the potential risks: 
2. When opting for a parcel to be left in a safe place, this authorises the courier to leave your parcel at your property without a member of the household accepting / signing for it directly 
3. Couriers cannot be held liable for any losses experienced. This means that you're taking liability for any issues that may arise after delivery has taken place by deciding what is deemed a 'safe place' for delivery
4. As you're taking liability, Oh Polly won't be liable for any issues that may arise after delivery has taken place and will be unable to provide a refund or a replacement 
5. The courier may save any previous delivery preferences you have set and use these preferences for future deliveries If you select a safe place but can't find your parcel, make sure that you check with the residents within your household as well as with neighbours to see if they accepted the parcel on your behalf. If you believe that your order has been stolen, we recommend contacting your local authorities as soon as possible.   

Can I return separate orders in one parcel? 

No - we kindly ask customers to return each order separately, so you don't experience any issues receiving your full and correct refund. If items from separate orders are returned together in one parcel, we'll only be able to identify one order.  

Are delivery fees refundable? 

All delivery fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to an error on our side.

Can I check the progress of my return? 

Once we've received your return we'll send over an email confirming this. Please refer to the tracking number provided by the courier when you posted your return. We'd advise keeping hold of this until you have received your refund. Once we receive your return we will aim to process this within 6 days (UK) providing there are no issues with the return.   

Where is my order/what do I do if tracking hasn't updated? 

As soon as you have completed your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. Our team will then be working extremely quickly to get this order picked and packed and sent out to you. If tracking hasn't updated for a little while, feel free to contact us via eBay message.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Unfortunately Oh Polly Outlet is currently only available to UK customers, however the team are working to have Oh Polly Outlet available for worldwide customers as soon as possible.   

Can I model for you/can we collab? 

We operate a fixed monthly collaboration budget and work with a select number of up-and-coming influencers. To be considered, tag @ohpolly in your images wearing our products, as we regularly scout Instagram for new talent! Most of our models are professional and signed with agencies, but we occasionally scout new talent on social media. Models are selected based on day rate, availability, location, and experience. As 90% of our shoots are in Los Angeles, we prioritise models based in California. Due to high demand, we can only contact those we've successfully scouted.
